Don't live in pain:

Hello ,Hello..!!!!

I don't know if you remember, but when I started in this world of health and education, I started because I was a patient, I suffered from pain in all parts of my body, to the point that I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I opposed the diagnosis and decided to change my lifestyle.

What I can tell you is that living in pain does not allow us to have quality of life, pain deconcentrates, creates stress, does not allow you to sleep, therefore you get out of bed worse than you went to bed, creates anxiety and Therefore, you can consume more food and in many cases unhealthy, leading to weight gain, bad mood and irritability, it takes you away from social life, etc.

Now, not only fibromyalgia causes pain, but also any inflammatory condition in the body. Pain is a signal from the nervous system that something is wrong. It is an unpleasant sensation, such as a prick, tingling, stinging, burning or discomfort, this can be sharp or dull, it can also be intermittent or constant.

Pain may be felt somewhere in the body, such as the back, abdomen, chest, pelvis, or generalized pain may be felt. But more importantly, pain can help diagnose a problem. Without pain, you could seriously injure yourself without knowing it or not realizing that you have a medical problem that requires treatment.

There are two types of pain: Acute and chronic. The acute appears suddenly, due to illness, injury or inflammation. It can often be diagnosed and treated. It usually goes away, although it can sometimes turn into chronic pain.

Chronic pain lasts a long time and can cause serious problems. Pain is not always curable, but there are many ways to treat it. Treatment depends on the cause and type of pain. There are treatments that use medications, such as pain relievers. There are also non-drug treatments, at the Puerto Rico Regenerative Medicine

Center we have two wonderful and innovative technologies:

1) High intensity synchronized double laser therapy: it favors the overcoming of the painful symptom, typical of the pathologies of the musculoskeletal system, it effectively promotes the recovery of the functionality compromised by trauma, excessive use or surgical interventions. Anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effect.

Thanks to the characteristics of the double synchronized laser, a large area can be treated simultaneously, producing an immediate response from the treated tissues.

Results are therefore faster and better than with traditional laser therapy scanning modality. It is an effective anti-inflammatory and anti-pain biostimulation therapy.

The energy of the double synchronized laser generates vasodilation, thereby increasing blood circulation to the affected areas, has analgesic effects, improves intracellular metabolism and stimulates the activity of the repairing stem cells of the human body. All this contributes to a faster recovery towards the healing of the patient.

It is a treatment that does not cause pain, lasts an average of 10 to 40 minutes per session and a feeling of relief is experienced in the area being treated. The inflammation is greatly reduced and there is quick and effective pain relief, it has a cumulative effect, that is, it will improve as the treatment progresses.

The Main Pathologies to be treated with this synchronized laser therapy are:

- Osteoarthritis and degenerative processes.

- Edema and traumas of overstretching.

- Bursitis, synovitis, capsulitis, tennis elbow.

-Tendinitis and tenosynovitis.

- Adductor syndromes, tibio-tarsal sprains, post-trauma pathologies, due to over-exercise.

- Insertional inflammations, patellar chondropathies and all sports traumatology.

2) Endovenous laser therapy: It is a vital tool to recharge the batteries of the aging stem cells of our body, in order for them to function optimally. The most real example that I can give you is the following, if you spend a long time without seeing the sun and not feeling it in your body, there comes a time when you feel the need to receive the divine light of that wonderful star, and when you receive it you feel recharged, the same happens with plants, the sun fills them with energy and allows them to fulfill their functions in nature, in the same way it happens with our revitalized cells when they are recharged with laser light, since this represents the light of life .

Endovenous laser is a therapy that contains red, yellow, green and blue light. Light has the power to biologically regenerate cells in the human body, activate cells. This laser has several types of lights of different colors and each light has an infinite number of benefits for the body, but I will only talk in this blog about pain and everything that has to do with the condition.

Red light is one of my favorites: it increases cellular energy, has analgesic, spasmolytic, tranquilizing benefits, improves microcirculation, immunostimulants, and oxygenates the tissue.

Green light (another one of my favorites): Increases cellular energy by 30%, stimulates the formation of hemoglobin and the transport of oxygen, improves the integrity of red blood cells, reduces lactic acid, reduces the viscosity of the blood improving its flow, activates platelets.

Blue light: it has antibiotic functions, it does not replace taking antibiotics if necessary at a certain time, but it serves as an adjunct. It is anti-aging since it stimulates and reduces the shortening of telomerase (enzyme that produces DNA), reduces the deterioration of the vascular endothelium, stimulates the release of nitric oxide, analgesia, vasodilation, reduces blood pressure and is anti-inflammatory

Yellow light: Anti-depressant, stimulates serotonin and endorphins, improves mood, detoxifies, improves the enzyme system, reduces chronic pain, increases the production of endogenous (formed by our own body) of vitamin D.

I will always recommend that you have a healthy lifestyle, do physical activity such as swimming, yoga, Pilates, they are exercises that do not have high impact and will help you to be in movement.

A healthy diet to have a healthy weight, excess weight can cause us to suffer from the spine and joints.

Meditate, or any other activity that allows them to lower stress levels.

At the Regenerative Medicine Center we have the most advanced technology to treat different types of pathologies.
