No matter your size, what matters is to be healthy and happy.

For as long as we can remember, all models were extremely thin and there was always a struggle and influence, where to be beautiful, we had to look like that model we saw on TV, magazines and now on social media.

The world of information leads us to be in a constant quest to achieve that ideal body, and on many occasions, we see people who end up with emotional illnesses, such as anorexia and bulimia, due to social pressure, resulting in major physical health problems.

But there is a group of women and entrepreneurs who have decided to make plus-size women and men a valuable part of society, where there is no judgment from others towards them. Where they show themselves to the world with the true essence, happiness, authentic human beings, and who are happy.

What we must take into account is that no matter what your weight is, the important thing is that you are healthy. You don't need to have a super slim body, nor a muscular body, what you need is to be healthy, be happy and not allowing the outside world to influence your attitude and the way you see and live your life.

The most important thing in life is to live and let others live, without being aware of how others live. Without criticism, without destructive evaluations, without being toxic.

Attitude is the secret to go out on the street and radiate light and brightness, to cause positive effects in society, and that is not caused by being beautiful on the outside, but by being beautiful on the inside, a person with a good attitude is a fulfilled person, beautiful, happy.

Therefore, a positive attitude and good health are the keys to living life to the fullest, regardless of your body size.

I will always focus on being healthy, if you are a plus size, you can still have the decision to be healthy, to have a healthy diet, where you don't eat junk food or fast food, you can also have a good diet by eliminating saturated and trans fats, which are found in refrigerated foods, canned foods, etc.

Add more vegetables and greens to your diet, at least three servings a day, and supplement them with grilled or baked protein.

Avoid refined flours, sweets, sugar. Increase the consumption of fruits, cereals and whole grains.

Lower gluten intake and consume tubers.

Eat natural supplements that serve as antioxidants, which nourish and keep your cells healthy, I recommend the Bamboo Diet System that will give you the nutrients that e each body needs to obtain health. Don't see it as a diet, just see it as a complement in your life, it's just the energy you need to keep enjoying life with the right attitude.
