Do not allow not to go to the bathroom for a single day:

Hi Hi..!!!

Many people consider not going to the bathroom for a day or two as normal or part of their lives. But no, this is not correct, we must evacuate every day, at least once a day.

The first thing we must be clear about is that constipation is a symptom, not a disease, it is the frequent shortage of defecation and the difficulty to expel stool, but if this symptom or condition is not managed it can lead us to suffer from diseases.

Every day we eat food and the body must have the ability to expel what it does not need in order to be free of toxins.

How do we know we are constipated?

Obviously we are not going to the bathroom daily, straining to defecate, less stool than usual, dry, hard or lumpy stools, this causes colic and abdominal pain, swelling, when it is very strong it can cause nausea, and even loss of appetite.

Our intestine, unlike other organs, has autonomy, that is, it can function alone, without the need for the brain to tell it what to do, which is why it is considered the second brain.

This is due to the enteric nervous system that controls it. This also explains how emotions affect us at the gut level. 70% of the immune system lives in it.

Up to 90% of serotonin is also produced, which is a neurotransmitter that is related to well-being, behavior, sexual activity, and sleep.

As you can see, the work of this organ covers aspects beyond digestion and absorption, it links us to emotions, in addition to immunity, this teaches us more to become aware and take better care of it.

How I will always give recommendations so that we control this symptom and therefore have a healthy body free of toxins:

Fever is important, consuming foods in our daily diet that contain it is vital. Avoid the intake of excess animal protein, cold cuts, processed foods and junk.

Eliminate or minimize refined flours and sugars, wheat pasta and white rice, fried foods, sodas.

Increase vegetables and fruits.

Drink water and stay hydrated, this helps our stools are not dry.

Exercise, we must avoid sedentary lifestyle and stay active.

Have the discipline to go to the bathroom, the body needs to defecate and gives you the message, listen to it and take your time going to the bathroom, do not postpone it, since delaying it will only favor constipation.

Stress is transferred to the body, and if it is chronic it does so with greater emphasis, it can cause insomnia or anxiety, and this causes the digestive system to not act correctly and that translates into constipation. The ideal is to lead a better quality of life, calmer and more relaxed. I recommend meditation to lower your stress levels.

I also recommend taking the following nutritional supplements:

Magnesium powder: it is used to treat short-term constipation, it is considered a natural laxative, it increases the number of bowel movements and softens the stool, making it easy to expel, it should be taken a daily dose in a single dose. I do it preferably at night, since it allows me to go to the bathroom when I get up and also helps me to have a good night's sleep.

Digestive enzymes: Having an excellent digestion will help our body absorb the nutrients it needs and discard those that it does not, through evacuations, helping that digestion be adequate we can achieve it by ingesting digestive enzymes.

Psyllium is a fiber that produces intestinal bolus enlargement and is used to treat constipation. It absorbs fluid in the intestines, increases and forms bulky stools, making them easier to pass. I personally recommend and use it when my day hasn't had enough fiber.

Vitamins and minerals: they have antioxidant functions, we get them in fruits, vegetables and vegetables, but as always I recommend adding a nutritional supplement of vitamins, minerals and plants that supports us, since the food comes with preservatives and certain chemicals so that they last longer weather.

Colon Cleanser: It is a herbal formula of superior plants that helps to clean the walls of our intestine for its optimal functioning. It is recommended at least once a month to consume two capsules before going to bed, so that it acts in the morning when we wake up.

If you feel that your bowel movements have changed a little, before suffering from constipation change your diet for a few days, a vegan diet for 4 days will help your body to regulate and feel more energy.

Get enough sleep until your body feels rested. Having an average sleep of 7 or 8 hours a day is ideal.

Remember that we must treat our body as a temple, and that its optimal functioning depends on us, food should be our medicine and not what makes us sick.
