Every morning is a new beginning.

Hello, Hello...!!!! I woke up full of optimism and I want to transmit it to all of you. Life can be complex at times, but it is up to each of us how we take on each and every adversity.


When we arrive at the evening of each day we may be tired, exhausted, dejected, disappointed, or we may be happy and satisfied, depending on how our day has been.


There is a big difference between night and morning, not only visually, but also from the point of view of what they transmit. It is as if something will end and begin each day with a starting point and a final closure. That is to say, the night can be a moment of reflection, of pause, of silence. Also in night many people may have doubts or fears, we can all take the night in different ways.


When dawn breaks it seems like a different world, when we weak up we get the feeling that everything is much more simpler than it seemed before we when to sleep. Daylight can minimize the fears and doubts that occur at night.


What I want to transmit with all this, is that we focus on starting each morning as a new beginning, a new down is a great blessing, every day is a great opportunity to grow. Do not think the bad things that happened to you yesterday or what you could have done, past is already behind you, better renew yourself with the day, receive the wonderful gifts of the Universe and start again, give yourself the opportunity to start from scratch and stronger.


The gifts of the universe are many, you just need to observe them. Being grateful is one of the best ways to start the day. Gratitude leads people to notice the good things they have in their life, which leads to a reduction of stress and depressive symptoms. Gratitude has also shown to have positive effects in relationships when people take the time to recognize all those things to be thankful for.


When you are grateful in the morning for what you really have in life, that many others do not have, it makes your thoughts become positives and this favors health: decreases the risk of depression, increases longevity, strengthens our immune system.


The world is full of darkness and challenges for each one of us, and if we connect with nature we can find beauty in each new rebirth that is given to us every morning. Open your window each morning, connect with the magic of the day, start a new chapter in your life, where you are the writer, open your heart.
