The parties are over, Detox for January:

Hi Hi.!!! The holidays are over and it is time to take charge of health and weight, they already enjoyed the holidays, they ate deliciously on special dates to share with family and friends, but we cannot stay too long behaving badly, hahahaha.

We always start with New Years resolutions, and always one of them and put order in our lives, lose weight, or return to healthy life if we have it. So this blog is to help all of you to take charge of life and health, to detoxify the body of those abuses or excessive meals of the holidays. The first thing we have to do is make the decision to start over with the health routine, or simply make the decision to have a healthy life and an adequate weight that allows us to have health. After you make the decision, simply with discipline and willpower we will start with this detox that will only last one week, then take a food plan that adapts to your tastes and health needs. Resume the time to go to bed, and focus on sleeping at least 8 hours a day, the body needs rest to recover, but also if you sleep the necessary hours you will not have compulsive hunger that will make you eat with anxiety. Drink enough water and stay hydrated: 8 glasses of water a day will help you not feel tired, it will also help you purify your body through sweat and urine. Drink a green juice on an empty stomach, the green game will serve to nourish the cells.

Increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits in all your meals of the day, they have a high content of fiber, vitamins and minerals, which serve as antioxidants protecting your body from free radicals, it also helps to increase bowel movements, this helps your body detoxifies quickly. Eliminate red meats and sausages. If you eat protein, try to keep it lean. If you are vegan or vegetarian, eat quinoa and some type of grain, at least once a day. Do not eat refined flours or sugars. Intermittent fasting: Fasting is a wonderful tool to cleanse the body, clean our cells, it is a way to reset the body. If you have never fasted, my recommendation is that you start with one of 12 or 14 hours from your last nightly meal. Performing cardiovascular exercises will help you lose weight and sweat. Meditating or taking a 5 minute time to be here and now minimizes stress and anxiety levels. When we have stress and anxiety, our hormonal system does not work in optimal conditions, therefore we must seek that balance that we need so much. As you will see, there are extremely simple steps that you have to carry out to detoxify the body after the holidays. Decide for your health.
