Hello, hello...!!!!



Today I want to speak to you with my heart on a subject that I am passionate about and

that I consider to be the most precious treasure we have: our health.

Health is not just the absence of disease, it is a state of physical, mental and emotional

well-being that allows us to live fully, to enjoy every moment and to fulfil our dreams. It is

the foundation on which we build our lives, our relationships and our legacy.

And here comes the most important part: prevention is the key to lasting health. It is not

It is like tending a garden: if we water, nurture and protect it from pests, it will flourish

with beauty and vitality. But if we neglect it, it will wither and lose its radiance, its beauty.

course, I consider the most important thing to listen to our body, our body gives signals,

it speaks, only that we act crazy or we talk to ourselves with excuses, such as: I leave it

for later, tomorrow I resume the diet and do not do it, I have pain but it is not so strong I

take a painkiller to minimize pain, etc.


Those who know me know that I have been in favour of regenerative medicine for many
