Hello, Hello..!!!! Normally, when we get up, we rush out of bed and start the day already with a rocket inside our body. We don't take time to analyze what a new day is and we should focus our energy on that.
We have forgotten or we have become accustomed, in this modern and futuristic life, that in ancient times there were rituals to start the day. When we talk about rituals we may think that it is something mystical, but it is not, it is simply a set of steps to follow to achieve results in an organized and systematic way.
If we study successful people, most of them have rituals to start their day and focus on the actions they will follow to achieve their daily goals and objectives. We must be clear that a morning ritual can be simply going for a run. While running you have your moment of meditation, of thinking about your actions, you activate your hormonal system, and you manage to release hormones that make you feel more active and in better spirits, you also activate other body systems that allow you to gain health and feel energetic.
Therefore, a morning ritual should have the sole function of finding meaning in the day. To find the reason why we are striving, and that reason is what keeps us alive. It is important to have some or several morning rituals. It puts us in the present tense, in the here and now.
Another important thing to have a good morning ritual is to sleep very well at night, this way you will wake up with better energy. For this you should not eat heavy meals, have a good digestion and by not sleeping heavy we will achieve a better rest. Disconnect from social networks early, leave the cell phone aside, go to bed at a prudent hour. Read a book or listen to relaxing music to lower the stress levels of the day and thus fall asleep.
If you wake up using an alarm clock, choose a pleasant tune that doesn't wake you up in a bad way. Be gentle to yourself.
Stretch your body and feel it, this does not have to take a long time, but stretching the body gives it a subtle movement and allows you to get in communication with it. Stimulates the nervous system, breathing, etc. It helps us to wake up, and while we are awake, say good morning to yourself, as you would say to a member of your family.
Get out of bed and take 5 deep breaths, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, and then go for an energizing bath, while doing so develop an inner dialogue stimulating positive energy in yourself. For example: "Today I am very fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, and I have a precious human life, I will not waste it". You can create your own prayer, your own words, your own postulates.
After this, while you get dressed or have a nice coffee or tea, visualize your day, what you will do, but do it with a smile on your face. Life is beautiful and we must put extraordinary energy into it.
Perform daily physical activities as part of the ritual and maintain consistency. This will change your life and your days.
