Can you feel the warmth already? well, we are soon entering what will be the real

summer, and as we know, not all countries go through four seasons, but we will always

have hotter moments. I´m ready to enjoy the summer, but before we jump into the pool or the beach, I want to talk about something very important: nutrition for the hot

season.






In summer, our body needs more hydration and energy to combat the high

temperatures. Therefore, it is essential to choose foods that help us stay cool, healthy

and energetic.





Here are some extraordinary tips for an ideal summer nutrition:


1. Seasonal fruits and vegetables:


- They are the best source of vitamins, minerals and water. Choose fruits such as

watermelon, melon, strawberries, peaches, plums, etc., and vegetables such as

cucumber, tomato, zucchini, peppers, etc. You can eat them fresh, in salads, shakes or

smoothies.
